**Monday 25th May 2026, 9-10 am- it's high tide, so close to the life boat station, overlooking West Wittering - look out for my flag! **
Usually Sandy Point Nature Reserve, half way between the last of the houses on Southwood Road and the RNLI sailing club on the beach overlooking the sandbar (visible when the tide is out)!
However, if it's high tide at the end of the foot path off Seafarer's Walk by the sea over looking West Wittering.

I am delighted to offer a free taster Chair Yoga class specifically for people with Parkinson's and their carers. This class will focus on gentle movement, breathing exercises, and meditation, followed by tea and cake.
