Gentle Beginner Yoga
Thursdays 10–11 am, Hayling Golf Club
Gentle pace, can get up/down from floor
Yin Yoga
Tuesdays 7–8:30 pm, The Hayling Library
Slow, meditative, mostly floor-based, suitable if you can get up from the floor
Fit beginner – You can get up and down from the floor easily.
Beginner – You can get up and down from the floor, but it’s a bit of a struggle.
Limited mobility – You cannot get up and down from the floor but want a traditional yoga experience.
Slow & meditative seeker – You want a calm, floor-based, deeply relaxing practice.
Chair Yoga – All Welcome, All Abilities!
No floor work, gentle standing and balance exercises (optional to remain seated). Suitable for those with a disability.

Fit Beginner Classes
You need to be able to get up and down from the floor easily - all classes are suitable.

Beach Yoga – Seasonal, weather permitting
Gentle Beginner Class
Suitable for those who can get up and down from the floor, but prefer a gentler pace
Thursdays 10 – 11 am – Hayling Golf Club
Slow, Meditative Yin Yoga
Mostly floor-based, very slow moving, deeply relaxing – suitable for everyone than can get down onto the floor.
Tuesdays 7 – 8:30 pm – The Hayling Library
