Chair yoga offers friendly classes,  with tea, chat cake and yoga!

Chair yoga is suitable for anyone that finds it difficult getting up and down from the floor,  whether you have a medical condition and or suffer from weakness.

The whole yoga session can be done seated in a chair, or if you are able and choose to you can also use the chair for support for standing poses. 

Classes include mindful movement, meditations and relaxation. Meaning you will still enjoy the benefits of yoga- strength, relaxation, flexibility and more energy.

You may even find that it can help manage pain and enable you to move and breath better.
