All Beginners Welcome to all classes, however I do occasionally do specific courses just for beginners, the only pre-requisite is that you can get up and down from the floor easily apart from chair yoga which is suitable for all. I am always happy to lend you a mat if you wanted to try before you buy.

It’s a beautiful venue by the lake, and the best part? We can practice indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather!
This course is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to yoga after a break. The only requirement is that you’re able to get up and down from the ground comfortably.
