Candlelight Christmas Special  

 Yoga and Sound Bath at the Northney Barn, Hayling Island 

A chance to unwind, rest and reset before Christmas.

Gentle Yoga by candlelight followed by a sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls including a yoga nidra (the yoga of sleep) and finishing with light refreshments.

Please note that sound baths with Tibetan singing bowls are generally very safe, however if you do have epilepsy or have a pacemaker or similar electronic device fitted they are not suitable. Also anyone with severe mental health problems please check with your doctor or mental health professional to see if a sound bath is safe for you.
